Serving as president of AspireResults, a consulting firm he founded, Chad Wable is an experienced health care leader who has had a lasting impact in reversing downward trends and positioning health systems for success. His areas of expertise span risk management, finance, and insurance, and he has led impactful margin improvement, quality, and service. Chad Wable has also designed community outreach initiatives and physician partnerships, and is adept at organizational design, interim leadership, financial turnarounds and organizational-transformation scenarios.
Mr. Wable’s responsibilities extend to a role with the insurance brokerage IMA Financial Group as health care and nonprofits leader for IIMA - Connecticut In advising companies on employee benefits and healthcare purchasing strategies, he works to improve the care patients receive and health outcomes. Mr. Wable’s efforts come against a backdrop of increasingly ineffective, inefficient, and expensive care, with health literacy rates at an all-time low.
Chad Wable’s experience includes a past role as senior vice president and chief operating officer with Trinity Health of New England in Connecticut. He oversaw the efforts of 11,000 colleagues across a region that spanned six hospitals and expanded rapidly in a merger with Saint Mary's Health System. His role required managing everything from overall operating performance to IT and workforce management programs.
